Relationships Matter is an interactive session to assist principals or leaders outside of education with supporting and coaching non-relational teachers/employees.  Specific strategies will be offered in guiding conversations with teachers (and other employees outside of education) on how to be relational.   The goal of this session is to provide specific strategies for administrators or leaders to use when working with non-relational teachers/employees (Examples include a template for coaching conversations, specific narratives that can be used during the evaluation process, and activities that can be used in PD sessions with staff to promote positive relationship building) . Participants will take the strategies with them to implement in their perspective fields. Increase awareness of self and leadership strategies. Awareness of inclusion, education and community outcomes.
